Fuel the Athlete is a monthly nutrition support programme designed to help you achieve your performance and training goals using the power of food and nutrition.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

PERSONALISED NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Monthly support focuses on tailored nutrition advice based on your goals, lifestyle, and health needs. This includes reviewing eating habits, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting strategies to support sustainable progress (e.g., weight management, performance, or general wellbeing).

ONGOING ACCOUNTABILity and progress tracking

Regular monthly check-ins to help review your progress, address challenges, and keep you accountable. This ensures nutrition strategies remain effective over time and can be adapted if your goals, routines, or results change.

education and long term habit tracking

A key aim is helping clients understand nutrition rather than just following a short-term plan. Support includes learning about food choices, portion awareness, meal structuring, and building sustainable habits that can be maintained long after the support period.

NUTRITION COACHING NOT FOR YOU?

Every athlete is different in terms of their goals that they are working towards and therefore, monthly coaching is not for everyone.

Having the ability to book a 1 to 1 consultation allows the athlete to check in as and when needed to get the answers they need from a registered Sport Nutritionist.

Book an initial discovery call to find out how I can help you and then from that you can book 1 to 1 consultation calls as and when you need.

Consultation calls are £30 for 30 minutes, £50 for 60 minutes or if you book a package of 6 consultations, you get the 6th one for FREE!

A package of 6 x 30 minute consultations is £150

A package of 6 x 60 minute consultations is £250
